"You can't do the wrong and feel right." It means that if you do something bad your not gonna feel good about it.  I don't think its impossible because some criminals do bad and they still feel good about it. But if I did something wrong i would feel bad because it's not nice to do something bad. That's why you to be a CTR person to feel right.
